风力机塔架安全在线监测系统研究与设计

摘要 针对现有的风力机塔架安全监测系统中存在的不足,设计一种在线监测风力机塔架沉降、倾斜、变形、振动等状态变化的系统。基于多传感器信息融合技术,该系统将传感器采集的信号与预设的安全阀值进行比较,一旦发现塔架异常,可立即发出报警信号。对系统采集的历史数据进行软件分析,还可以预测未来风力机塔架状态的变化趋势,以便提前发现安全隐患并及时采取应对措施,避免严重事故的发生。试验证明,该系统具有较高的报警和预测精度,性能稳定,可靠性高,适合在大型风电场推广使用。 In view of the shortcomings existing in the safety monitoring system for wind turbine towers, an on-line system for monitoring settlement, inclination, deformation, vibration and other state changes of wind turbine towers was designed. Based on multi-sensor information fusion technology (MSIF), the system is used to compare the signal collected by the sensor with the preset safety threshold. Once the tower is found to be in an abnormal state, the system can immediately send out an alarm signal. Software analysis on the historical data collected by the system can also predict the future changing trend of the state of wind turbine towers so that potential safety hazards can be discovered ahead of time and then measures can be taken timely to avoid serious accidents. The results of experiments show that the system is of high accuracy in giving alarms and prediction with stable performance and high reliability, and is suitable for application in large wind farms.
