高效切割技术在厚钢板火焰切割中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着制造业的快速发展,企业对钢板切割质量、切割效率以及利用率的要求越来越高。传统的火焰切割生产方式,切割效率和钢板利用率低且切割成本较高,难以达到企业的理想要求。文章通过共边切割以及微连接技术在厚钢板火焰切割中的应用,在保证一定切割质量的基础上,通过较发达的套排料系统软件,提高了厚钢板的切割效率。文章中的切割试验表明:规格为960mm×600mm×80mm的零件采用共边切割时效率比传统切割方式提高了27%,规格为5600mm×400mm×50mm的零件采用共边加微连接技术的切割方式时,既保证了切割质量,同时效率比传统切割方式提高了22%。 With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the requirements of steel plate cutting quality, cutting efficiency and utilization rate are getting higher and higher. The traditional flame cutting production mode, cutting efficiency and steel plate utilization rate are low but the cutting cost is high, which is difficult to meet the ideal requirements of enterprises. Through the application of co-edge cutting and micro- connection technology in flame cutting of thick steel plate, on the basis of ensuring certain cutting quality, the cutting efficiency of thick steel plate has been improved through the more developed nesting and layout system software. The cutting test in the text shows that the efficiency of the co-edge cutting for parts with the specifications of 960 x600 x80mm is 27% higher than that of the traditional cutting method. The cutting quality of the parts with the specifications of 5600x400 x50mm has been guaranteed by use of coedge and micro-connection cutting method, the efficiency of which is 22% higher than the traditional cutting method.
