摘要
目的研究经伤椎置椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位的效果。方法方便选择2015年6月—2018年8月胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者作为本次研究患者或研究对象,并采用“电脑随机法”将35例胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组(18例)、实施经伤椎置椎弓根钉内固定治疗;对照组(17例)、实施常规治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者手术时间(48.25±1.98)min、术中出血量(124.32±1.29)mL、内固定后引流量(21.09±1.62)mL、住院时间(9.87±1.65)d均优于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(t=52.12、407.70、275.36、11.71;P<0.05)。内固定后,观察组胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者失状位Cobb角(5.65±1.09)°,椎体前缘高度(94.67±1.88)与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.26、0.52;P>0.05)。结论经伤椎置椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位的效果十分显著,值得研究。
Objective To study the effect of transpedicular pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture and dislocation. Methods Patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture and dislocation from June 2015 to August 2018 were convenient selected as the study patients or subjects. 35 patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture and dislocation were divided into two groups, including the observation group (18 cases), the treatment of transpedicular pedicle screw fixation;the control group (17 cases), routine treatment, analysis of the two groups of treatment effects. Results The operation time of the thoracolumbar spine fracture and dislocation in the observation group was (48.25±1.98) min, intraoperative blood loss (124.32±1.29) mL, internal fixation drainage volume (21.09±1.62) mL, hospitalization time (9.87±1.65) d was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=52.12, 407.70, 275.36, 11.71;P<0.05). After internal fixation, the Cobb angle of the obstructed group was (5.65±1.09)°, and the height of the anterior border of the vertebral body was (94.67±1.88). There was no significant difference between the two groups (t=0.26, 0.52;P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of transpedicular pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture and dislocation is very significant and worthy of study.
