摘要
为使结构形式、复合运动复杂的混合臂式高空作业车变幅系统在动态变幅中达到最优效果,对臂架受力分析,借助多目标优化理论定量确定臂架危险位姿。在考虑惯性冲击的情况下以臂架所受振动冲击、油缸流量变化、油缸行程及平台运动突变最小为优化目标,各变幅三铰点位置和油缸直径为设计变量,基于MATLAB优化工具箱中信赖域反射算法对目标函数进行多目标优化并对比优化前后各目标。结果表明,整体平均优化比例达12.57%,此方法能得到更合理的铰点位置和油缸直径,同时也为解决不同臂型高空作业车铰点优化问题提供了一种更加合理的途径。
In order to achieve the optimal effect during the dynamic variance of the mixing-jib overhead working truck with complex structure and compound motion, the force analysis of the jib was determined quantitatively by the multi-objective optimization theory.Taken the vibration shock of the jib,the cylinder flow change,the distance and the platform movement mutation to minimum as optimization goals and the location of the three-point hinge and the cylinder diameter as design variable in the case of inertia impact.Then optimised the objective function based on trust region reflective in MATLAB and compared the previous with the latter goals.The results show that the overall optimization ratio is up to 12.57%.The method which provides a more reasonable way to solve the hinge optimization problem of different mixing-jib overhead working truck can obtain a more reasonable hinge position and cylinder diameter.
