不同分布形式下钢-聚丙烯纤维混凝土力学性能试验 被引量:4

Experimental on Mechanical Properties of Steel-polypropylene Fiber Concrete With Different Distributions

摘要 拟以聚丙烯混凝土为基体,采用钢纤维不同分布形式配制钢-聚丙烯混凝土进行力学性能对比试验,分析钢-聚丙烯纤维混杂混凝土的力学性能与破坏形式。结果表明,双层层布式施工工艺钢-聚丙烯混凝土强度优于单层层布式和混杂分布钢-聚丙烯混凝土;当双层钢纤维掺量在1.2kg/m2层时,层布式钢纤维混凝土的抗压、抗拉和抗折强度比聚丙烯混凝土分别提高了5.8%、15.3%和16.7%。根据混凝土试件的破坏特征和纤维不同取向的效率系数,在考虑同条件经济用量前提下,层布式对混凝土抗折和抗拉强度有所增强,尤其是受载破坏后保持混凝土基体的整体性有重要作用。 Taken polypropylene concrete as substrate, we made a comparison test for different steel fiber distribution form and polypropylene concrete mechanics performance. We analyzed steel and polypropylene fiber mixed with the mechanical properties and damage characteristics of concrete. The results show that the concrete strength of steel-polypropylene concrete is better than that of single-layer and mixed steel-polypropylene concrete. When the content of double layer steel fiber is 1.2kg/m2, the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of the layered steel fiber concrete are improved by 5.8%, 15.3% and 16.7%, respectively, compared with polypropylene concrete. According to the failure characteristics of concrete specimens and the efficiency coefficients of different fiber orientations, under the premise of considering the same economic consumption, the laminated concrete plays an important role in strengthening the flexural and tensile strength of concrete, especially in maintaining the integrity of the concrete matrix after load failure.
