摘要
发酵工程由于应用性强和实践性强的特点,成为我校酿酒工程、生物工程和生物制药三门专业的一门核心课程。为了顺应当前行业格局变化,找好理论教学与实践相结合的切入点,让学生在有限时间内掌握课程的基本内容及实践技能,培养出符合时代要求的创新型,应用型和综合型人才,课程组成员一直致力于教学改革和实践,取得了一定的成果,逐步形成了适应专业和时代要求的课程体系。
Fermentation engineering has the characteristics of strong applicability and practice. It has become a core course in the three majors of brewing engineering, bioengineering and biopharmaceutical. In order to adapt to current patterns of fermentation industry, it is important to find an entry point to combination of theory and practice. Students could master the basics of the course and practical skills, and become innovative, applied and inter-disciplinary talent. Task force members of the course are committed to exploration and practice. Some results have been achieved. At last, the system of course was formed to adapt the requirements of professional and the times.
