摘要
目的探析质子泵抑制剂(PPI)联合胃黏膜保护剂与胃肠动力药对消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年10月~2018年9月在我院门诊接受治疗的94例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组各47例。对照组采用PPI治疗,观察组的治疗方案为PPI+胃黏膜保护剂+胃肠动力药,比较两种治疗方案的临床效果、症状缓解时间及用药安全性。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、反酸缓解时间、嗳气缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在消化性溃疡的临床治疗上,采用PPI+胃黏膜保护剂+胃肠动力药的治疗方案兼具有效性和安全性,可缩短患者的症状缓解时间,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) combined with gastric mucosal protective agent and gastrointestinal motility drugs for peptic ulcer. Methods Ninety-four patients with peptic ulcer who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 47 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with PPI. In the observation, they were provided with PPI + gastric mucosal protective agent + gastrointestinal motility drugs. The clinical effect, symptom relief time and medication safety of the two therapeutic regimens were compared. Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The relief time of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, acid reflux, and belching in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer, the therapeutic regimen of PPI + gastric mucosal protective agent + gastrointestinal motility drugs has both effectiveness and safety, which can shorten patients′ symptom relief time, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
