摘要
目的探讨血清样本离心速度及时间的差异对血脂测定结果的影响。方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月在我院体检的110例老年受试者正常血样本作为研究对象,空腹状态下采集静脉血后,将血标本分别以3000转/分、5000转/分离心10分钟,并在4℃状态下放置2小时和4小时后检测血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯的水平。结果 与使用3000转/分离心对比,使用5000转/分离心的血标本总胆固醇水平明显降低,而甘油三酯水平显著升高,对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血标本在4℃状态下放置2小时和4小时后检测血脂水平之间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血标本离心速度越大,胆固醇水平越低,而甘油三酯水平越高;血标本在4℃状态下放置时间对血脂检测结果没有影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of centrifugation speed and time on serum lipids. Methods Select in March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital physical examination of 110 cases of normal blood samples as the research object,after venous blood was collected on an empty stomach condition,blood specimens respectively at 3000 RPM,5000 RPM/separation heart for 10 minutes,and in the condition of 4℃ c for 2 hours and 4 hours after detection of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride levels. Results Compared with the 3000 RPM/isolated heart,the total cholesterol level in the blood samples with 5000 RPM/isolated heart was significantly lower,while the triglyceride level was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05).Blood specimens in 4℃ state for 2 hours and 4 hours after testing contrast between lipid levels,there was no statistically significant difference ( P > 0.05). Conclusion The higher the centrifugation speed,the lower the cholesterol level and the higher the triglyceride level.Blood specimens placed in 4℃ state time has no effect on blood lipid test results.
