摘要
为实现江苏油田管道巡检由开放式向智能化管理模式的变革,促进企业的安全生产,保障地方地质环境,研发了基于北斗卫星定位系统的双模数传输卤管道巡检系统。该系统基于"中国石化勘探开发业务协同平台(简称EPBP)"的大量管道业务数据,综合利用北斗卫星定位、APDM数据模型、天地云服务、卫星影像和百度地图等先进技术,整合油田管网现有各类资源进行深度开发,包括巡检监管、实时监控、隐患管理、应急管理、档案管理等核心功能。系统实现了管道的生产管理、安全管控、管道巡检三位一体的精准化管理,满足了油田管道巡检的业务需求,系统经过一年多的稳定运行,发现隐患582起,处理及时率100%,避免了安全环保事故的发生。企业各级员工通过系统获取到了大量业务数据,为管道巡检大数据分析及辅助决策奠定了良好的基础。
In order to change the pipeline inspection mode of Jiangsu Oilfield from extensive management mode to intelligent one,promote safety production of the enterprise and ensure local geological environment,the dual-mode data transmission brine transportation pipeline inspection system based on Beidou navigation satellite system is developed. Based on the numerous business data of EPBP and using advanced techniques such as Beidou navigation,APDM data model,Tianditu cloud service,the sys- tem integrate all sorts of resources existing in the oilfield network to implement deep development,including inspection and supervision,real-time monitoring,hidden risk management,emergency man- agement,file management and other core functions. The system realizes the trinity and precision management of pipeline production management, safety control and pipeline inspection, and satisfies the business requirement of oilfield pipeline inspection. The system has been running steadily for more than one year,582 hidden risks are found,and the timely rate of dealing is 100%,avoiding accidents of safety and environmental protection. Employees of the enterprise acquire a large amount of business data through the system,which lays a good foundation for pipeline inspection big data analysis,excavation and assistant decision-making.
