摘要
基于均苯三甲酸和镉(Ⅱ)制备的金属有机骨架材料,以壳聚糖(CHIT)为黏合剂制备金属有机骨架膜电极,再以戊二醛交联处理膜电极表面后,电沉积金,制备Au/Cd-BTC-CHIT/GCE,并将其应用于水中亚硝酸根的电化学检测.分别考察Cd-BTC用量、CHIT质量浓度、沉积电位、沉积时间及pH值对修饰电极的影响.实验结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,NO-2的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10^-6~3.5×10^-2mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.3×10^-7mol/L(S/N=3).该电极具有较高灵敏度,较好稳定性和重现性,较长的使用寿命且抗干扰能力良好.该电极对NO-2具有良好的催化活性,运用该电极检测模拟水样中NO-2的浓度具有较高的准确度和精密度.
Based on the metal organic frameworks prepared by tribenzoic acid and cadmium(Ⅱ),a metal organic framework membrane electrode was prepared with chitosan (CHIT) as binder,and then Au/Cd-BTC-CHIT/GCE was prepared by glutaraldehyde cross-linking treatment on the surface of the membrane electrode and electrodeposition of nanogold.The electrode was applied to the electrochemical detection of nitrite in water.The results indicated that the electrode had good catalytic activity for NO - 2.The effects of Cd-BTC dosage,CHIT concentration,polymerization potential,polymerization time and pH value on the modified electrode were investigated.The experimental results showed that under the optimum experimental conditions,the oxidation peak current of NO - 2 had a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 1.0×10^-6 ~3.5×10 ^-2 mol/L,and the detection limit was about 2.3×10^-7 mol/L( S/N =3).The electrode has high sensitivity,good stability and reproducibility,long service life and good anti-interference ability.The electrode of NO - 2 in simulated water samples by this electrode has high accuracy and precision.
