摘要
数控技术的发展加快了我国工业化、自动化的进程,而数控机床的广泛应用无论是对于生产效率的提高亦或是降低工人劳动强度,提高工人人身安全率都起到了不可磨灭的功绩。但数控机床毕竟是机器,机器在长期的工作中难免会出现故障,为了保证数控机床在工作进程中的正常运转,降低废品率,提高经济效益,本文就金属切削过程中数控机床常见的故障进行分析以及操作过程中应该注意哪些事项。
The development of numerical control technology has accelerated the process of industrialization and automation in China.The wide application of CNC machine tools has played an indelible achievement both in terms of improving production efficiency,reducing labor intensity and improving workers'personal safety.However,CNC machine tools are machines after all,and machines will inevitably fail during long-term work.In order to ensure the normal operation of CNC machine tools in the process of work,reduce the scrap rate and improve economic efficiency,this paper deals with common faults of CNC machine tools in metal cutting process.Analysis and what should be noted during the operation.
