摘要
元数据描述的对象为具有某些特征的数据信息,遵循气象元数据标准编制的气象元数据除了能详细地描述气象资料本身,还能够组织数据资源,使数据资源易于发现、查找、管理、评价和共享。WIS(WMO信息系统)是世界气象组织新一代的通用信息系统,它遵循统一的元数据标准,是气象元数据在数据交换和共享系统中成功的应用。WIS系统的元数据没有实际数据的交换控制信息,使得气象元数据管理与气象通信业务管理相对独立,元数据在组织数据资源的能力没有得到充分体现。因此,设计一种可以描述气象传输交换控制逻辑的元数据模型,扩展元数据以支撑通信传输交换控制逻辑,建立元数据的层次关系实现气象资料的组织管理,引入动态元数据统一元数据管理和通信业务管理。该模型已应用在中国气象局预警工程军事气象保障服务分系统中,达到了预期的效果。
The object of metadata description is data information with certain characteristics.Meteorological metadata compiled in accordance with meteorological metadata standards can not only describe meteorological data itself in detail,but also organize data resources which can be easily found,searched,managed,evaluated and shared.WIS (WMO information system) is a new generation of universal information system of the world meteorological organization,following the unified metadata standard,which is a successful application of meteorological metadata in data exchange and sharing system.Since there is no switching control information for actual data in WIS metadata,the meteorological metadata management is independent with the meteorological telecommunication business system,and metadata is not fully reflected in data resources organization.For this,we design a metadata model to describe the meteorological transmission and exchange control logic,expanding the metadata to support the communication transmission and exchange control logic,establishing the hierarchical relation of metadata to realize the organization and management of meteorological data,and introducing the dynamic metadata to unify metadata management and communication service management.The switching control metadata is successfully applied in Meteorological Service System of Military Guarantee and achieved an expected effect.
