摘要
本研究通过交联剂对透明质酸钠进行交联,然后和羧甲基淀粉钠复合,经冷冻、干燥、压缩制备出具有快速吸液和止血性能的压缩止血海绵,通过对其机械性能、吸水倍率、吸水速率等性能的测试来确定其工艺。对其形貌、TGA、止血时间和体内降解等进行了研究。结果表明,透明质酸钠淀粉压缩止血海绵止血速率快,降解时间短。
In this study,hyaluronic acid was crossed with crosslinking agent,compound with starch to prepare compressed hemostatic sponge with rapid suction and hemostasis.The process was determined by testing its mechanical properties,water absorbent rate,water absorption rate,etc.The SEM,TGA,hemostasis time and degradation in vivo of compressed hemostatic sponge were studied.Sodium hyaluronate-starch compression hemostatic sponge has fast hemostatic rate and short degradation time.
