摘要
在新时代社会背景下,法治中国的建设要求法治教育要与思想政治教育和谐共进、相辅相成,在全面推进依法治国中发挥应有作用。随着依法治国的全面推进,法治教育在新的时代遇到的问题将会更加复杂,缺乏系统的课程设置和合理的内容安排,法治教育方式单一,理论和实践分离严重,法治教育队伍素质有待提升,这些使法治教育面临羁绊,陷入"瓶颈"。法治教育在中国特色社会主义新时代的革新,需要重视法律基础课程,增强其独立性,使之课程设置有体系,内容合理安排;需要专业队伍专业培养,全面提升法治教育队伍的专业素质;需要构建隐性课程、开辟社会课堂以及利用新媒体扩宽法治教育方法。
In the context of the new era, the rule of law in China requires that rule of law education should complement ideological and political education and play its due role in comprehensively promoting the rule of law. With the comprehensive advancement of the rule of law, the problems encountered by the rule of law education in the new era will be more complicated. Now, there are a series of problems, such as: lack of systematic curriculum and reasonable content arrangement, single rule of law education, serious separation of theory and practice, and the quality of the rule of law education team needs to be improved, which exposes the rule of law education to a bottleneck. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the rule of law education needs to pay attention to the basic courses of law, enhance its independence, and make its curriculum system and reasonable arrangement. At the same time, legal education also requires professional training of professional teams to comprehensively improve the professional quality of the rule of law education team. In addition, law education needs to build hidden curriculum, open up social classrooms, and use new media to expand the rule of law education.
