摘要
张锡纯是晚清民国著名医家,他在中医妇科病(尤其在干血痨)的论治上独树一帜,对妇产科疾病的用药也独具匠心.其注重临床实践和理论基础,结合女性特有生理、病理特点,因人施治.他在治疗妇科相关病症时既能变通运用古方,又善于创制新方.张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中治疗妇科常见疾病运用健脾消积的方法尤其值得我们深入研究与继承发展.
As a well-known TCM doctor in the late Qing dynasty, ZHANG Xichun had unique treatment method and formulas applied for the treatment of gynecological diseases distinguished from others ( esp. Gan Xue Lao - emaciation due to blood disorder). He emphasized both clinical practice and theoretical basis by taking female's physiological and pathological features into account for individual-concerned treatment. Dr. Zhang was also known for his good mastery of previous formulae as well as his innovation and originality in creating his own. In his work of Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu , the spleen-strengthening and accumulation -resolving method for the treatment of gynecological diseases recorded is worthy of further study and development.
