摘要
在复杂地下环境中防水材料的性能严重制约着地下结构防水工程的可靠性。研究了极端化学条件下喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的性能变化。试验结果表明,喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料在极端化学条件下连续浸泡168h,其拉伸性能、断裂伸长率保持率和粘结强度保持率均高于90%,具有优异的耐化学药品性能和不透水性,能够适用于多种地下水环境。
Performance of waterproof materials will seriously restrict the reliability of waterproofing engineering,especially in complex underground environment. Therefore, this paper studied the performance changing of spraying quick-setting rubber under extreme chemical conditions in detail. The results show that the spraying fast-setting rubber modified emulsified asphalt have excellent chemical resistance a*bility its tensile properties,elongation at break and bond strength retention rate are all higher than 90%, after being soaked continuously for 168 hours in extreme chemical conditions. With excellent chemical resistance and water impermeability, it can be applied to a variety of groundwater environments.
