橡胶沥青混合料抗车辙性能影响因素试验分析 被引量:7

摘要 为评价橡胶沥青混合料抗车辙性能的影响因素,采用马歇尔试验、车辙试验等评价方法,进行不同粒径胶粉、不同类型级配的橡胶沥青混合料路用性能试验。结果表明,橡胶粉的细度影响了橡胶沥青及其混合料的高温稳定性,采用大颗粒橡胶粉可较好地提升橡胶沥青的高温性能,小颗粒橡胶粉更有利于提高混合料的高温稳定性;矿料的级配类型对橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性影响较为显著,当以混合料的抗车辙性能为设计指标时,宜采用骨架密实型级配;采用颗粒较小的橡胶粉进行橡胶沥青改性,可以在一定程度上提高混合料的水稳定性能;在设计橡胶沥青混合料的配合比时,宜根据选用橡胶粉的粒径进行级配比选。 In order to explore the influence factors of rut resistance performance of rubber asphalt mixture, the Marshall test, rutting test and other evaluation methods are carried out with different size of powder and different types of gradation. The results showed that the fineness of rubber powder particles influence the high temperature stability of both asphalt rubber and asphalt rubber mixture. Application of a coarse rubber powder particles can better improve the high temperature performance of asphalt rubber, but a fine rubber powder particles is more conducive to the rut resistance performance of asphalt rubber mixture. The mineral aggregate gradation influence the high temperature stability of the mix, and it is suggested that when the mix rutting resistance is selected as design specifications, the skeleton dense gradation should be adopted. The application of fine rubber powder particles can enhance the water stability of the mix to some extent. When a design of a asphalt rubber mixture is started?it is recommend that the gradation should be selected according to the size of rubber powder particle.
