摘要
为了降低空预器的低温腐蚀,锅炉普遍采用设置暖风器提高空气预热器的风温手段。但随温度的提高,入口空气侧的阻力增加,锅炉效率降低。现介绍某厂2×300MW机组暖风器改造方案,并分析了方案的可行性,结果表明经过改造后暖风器停用期间的风道阻力下降,风机耗电量下降,安全效益及经济效益提高。
Currently, the installation of boiler air heater can improve primary air and secondary air temperature of air preheater, reduce the low temperature corrosion of air preheater heating surface, but with the increase of temperature, the inlet air side resistance increases and the boiler efficiency decreases. This paper introduces air heater transformation scheme of 2×300 MW power unit in a factory, and analyzes the feasibility of the scheme. The results show that the resistance of air duct during the air heater stopped down is decreased, the fan power consumption is decreased, safety and economic benefits are improved.
