摘要
【目的】采用超声波辅助提取莲雾花多酚,为莲雾花产品开发与综合利用功能活性研究提供参考依据。【方法】探讨提取溶剂浓度、时间、温度和超声波功率因素对莲雾花中多酚提取效果的影响,并利用响应面分析法优化超声波辅助提取工艺,通过测定提取液的多酚得率变化,以及提取液对·OH的清除能力和还原能力的抗氧化性分析。【结果】在提取固液比1∶20、超声功率180W条件下,超声波辅助提取莲雾花多酚最佳工艺为提取液浓度55%、提取时间5h、提取温度60℃,得到多酚提取量为16.51mg/g。莲雾花多酚提取液在一定浓度内,对·OH的清除效果和还原能力具有较好的清除作用,且随提取液体积的增加而提高。【结论】莲雾花具有较好的体外抗氧化性,超声波辅助提取工艺可提高对莲雾花多酚的产品开发及利用率。
【Objective】 To provide a reference for the development and functional utilization of Syzygium sammarinese the polyphenols were extracted from the Syzygium sammarinese by Ultrasound-assisted method.【Method】The effects of extraction solvent concentration,time,temperature and ultrasonic power on the extraction of polyphenols in the Syzygium sammarinese Flowers were studied. The response-surface analysis method was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process. The change of polyphenol yield and the extract were determined. Analysis of the oxidation resistance of the OH scavenging ability and reducing ability.【Result】Under the conditions of the extraction ratio of solid to liquid of 1 ∶20 and ultrasonic power 180 W,the optimal extraction process of ultrasonic assisted polyphenols was 55 % extract concentration,extraction time was 5 hours,extraction temperature was 60 ℃,and the obtained flower polyphenols was 16.51 mg/g. The polyphenol extract of Syzygium sammarinese Flowers had a good scavenging effect on the scavenging effect and reducing ability of ·OH in a certain concentration,and increases with the increase of sample volume.【Conclusion】 The Syzygium sammarinese Flowers has good in vitro antioxidant activity,and ultrasonic assisted extraction process can improve product development and utilization of Syzygium sammarinese Flowers polyphenols.
