摘要
调查目的是为了解西南医科大学2016级护理专业在校本科生临床营养学课程教学效果,为教学改革提供合理建议。方法是采用自行设计的临床营养知识调查问卷,对西南医科大学2016级护理专业在校本科生《临床营养学》课程教学前后进行调查。结果显示,2016级护理专业学生课程教学后营养知识得分高于课程前(P<0.05);课程教学后各部分得分与总得分优秀率与及格率显著提高(P<0.001);学生临床营养学课程教学后营养知识题的知晓率高于课前(P均<0.05)。结论:西南医科大学2016级护理专业在校本科生通过临床营养学课程的教育,营养知识的掌握情况较好,但某些知识点薄弱,需在以后的教学中予以重视。
Objective:To understand the teaching effect of Clinical Nutrition course for nursing undergraduates of Grade 2016 in Southwest Medical University,and to provide reasonable suggestions for teaching reform.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on clinical nutrition knowledge was used to investigate the teaching of Clinical Nutrition for nursing undergraduates of grade 2016 in Southwest Medical University.Results The scores of nutrition knowledge of nursing students in grade 2016 were higher than those before the course(P<0.05);the excellent rate and pass rate of each part and total score after the course were significantly improved(P<0.001);and the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of students after the course of Clinical Nutrition was higher than that before the course(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing undergraduates of Grade 2016 in Southwest Medical University have a good grasp of nutrition knowledge through clinical nutrition education,but some knowledge points are weak,which should be paid attention to in the future teaching.
