盐碱及PEG 6000胁迫对细香葱种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究盐碱和干旱胁迫对细香葱(Allium schoenoprasumL.)种子萌发的影响,利用NaCl、Na2CO3和PEG6000分别模拟盐、碱和干旱胁迫,配制相应梯度的处理液,以蒸馏水处理为对照,采用双层滤纸法对细香葱种子的萌发与胚的生长进行比较研究,并通过相对发芽率与NaCl、Na2CO3和PEG6000质量分数建立的函数方程确定细香葱种子萌发期对盐、碱和干旱胁迫的适宜质量分数、半致死质量分数和极限质量分数。结果表明:随着NaCl、Na2CO3和PEG6000质量分数的增加,细香葱种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽指数、相对发芽指数、活力指数、相对活力指数和胚根平均总长逐渐下降;NaCl胁迫处理下,随着NaCl溶液质量分数的升高发芽势呈先升高后下降的趋势,Na2CO3胁迫处理下,随着Na2CO3溶液质量分数的升高发芽势呈“下降-升高-下降”的趋势。细香葱种子萌发期对盐、碱和干旱胁迫的适宜质量分数分别为0.47%、0.25%和4.38%,半致死质量分数分别为0.70%、0.56%和5.54%,极限质量分数分别为1.40%、1.09%和6.84%。 We investigated the effects of salt, alkali and drought stresses on the germination of Allium Schoenoprasum L., identified the tolerance of seeds to stresses during germination period and determined their germination characteristics. The salt, alkali and drought stress environments were simulated with different concentrations of NaCl, Na 2CO 3 and PEG 6000, and the distilled water treatment was taken as the control. Seeds were cultured adopting a double-layer filter paper method under various stress treatments to study the seed germination and embryo growth. And through the function equation established by relative germination rate and the concentrations of NaCl, Na 2CO 3 and PEG 6000, the appropriate content, half-lethal and limit concentrations of NaCl, Na 2CO 3 and PEG 6000 were determined at seed germination period of A. schoenoprasum . With the increasing of concentrations of NaCl, Na 2CO 3 and PEG 6000, the germination rate, relative germination rate, germination index, relative germination index, vigor index, relative vigor index and the average length of radical were all reduced. Under NaCl stress, the germination potential was increased, and then decreased, while the germination potential was decreased, increased, and then decreased under Na 2CO 3 stress. The appropriate contents of the stress for NaCl, Na 2CO 3 and PEG 6000 were 0.47%, 0.250% and 4.38% at seed germination period, the half-lethal concentrations were 0.70%, 0.56% and 5.54%, and the limit concentrations were 1.4%, 1.09% and 6.84%, respectively.
