摘要
厦门轨道2号线海东段作为国内第1条海下盾构地铁,对其中的海沧大道站一东渡路站区间遇到的淤泥质黏土、粉质黏土和上软下硬地层及多孤石多基岩凸起地层、开挖面失稳、盾体及盾尾需保压、盾构拱部穿越粗砂层等多种地层相结合的特殊复杂地质条件,且面临刀盘刀具磨损严重、环流系统出渣困难、盾构密封、海底换刀等施工难点,提出盾构适应性的总体要求,分析盾构动力设备、刀盘、刀具等关键部位的适应性,优化刀盘设计、刀具配置,最后针对典型施工难点进行分析并提出解决方法。
Haidong section of Xiamen Subway Line 2 is the first underwater shield subway in China, for the special complex geological conditions, such as the mucky clay , silty clay, upper soft and lower hard strata, multi-rock and multi-bedrock convex strata, excavation surface instability, pressure protection of shield body and shield tail, and shield arch crossing coarse sand layer, from Haicang Avenue Station to Dongdu Road Station interval area is encountered. Moreover, it is faced with such construction difficulties as severe tool wear of the cutter head, difficult slag discharge in the circulation system , shield sealing, undersea tool changing and so on. The general requirements of shield adaptability are put forward, the adaptability of shield power equipment, cutter head, cutter and other key parts is analyzed, the tool design and configuration is optimized. Finally, the typical construction difficulties are analyzed and solutions are proposed.
