摘要
针对在在分时电价机制下的微电网调度模式,把整个调度周期24 h分成峰、谷、平3种时刻,文章提出一种实用的基于不同时刻和蓄电池荷电状态的启发式微网实时调度策略,数学模型的优化求解通过启发式调度策略与自适应遗传算法相结合得到。以某并网微网为例分析验证所提方法和算法的可行性和有效性,仿真结果显示通过采用该策略有助于对分时电价机制下的主网进行“削峰填谷”,科学的利用蓄电池,避免其频繁充放电,增加蓄电池使用寿命,实现微网的可靠、经济运行。
A practical heuristic real-time scheduling strategy for micro grid based on time-of-day tariff and battery charging state is proposed, which divides the whole scheduling cycle into three periods:peak, valley and flat. The heuristic scheduling strategy and the adaptive genetic algorithm are combined to solve the optimization mathematical model. Taking a grid-connected micro grid as an example, the proposed method and algorithm are analyzed and validated, and their feasibility and effectiveness are proved. The simulation results show that the strategy is helpful to "cut peak and fill valley" in the main network under time-of-day tariff mechanism, to use battery scientifically, avoiding frequent charging and discharging, thus to increase the service life of battery, and to realize reliable and economic operation of micro grid.
