摘要
云南省保山市某桩基工程采用长螺旋钻孔压灌桩基础,成桩后桩头出现了空洞缺陷。文章结合工程实例分析了产生桩头空洞缺陷的原因,讨论了长螺旋压灌桩施工过程中引起空洞的因素及处理措施。结果表明,桩头空洞缺陷是由成桩中产生的超空隙水压入,以及施工不当造成的,处理措施取得了良好的效果,也为今后的长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工提供了借鉴。
A pile foundation project was built with long auger drilling pile in Baoshan in Yunnan.Later,there are cavity defects in the pile head.This paper analyzed the causes of cavity defects in pile head with engineering examples,and discussed the causes and treatment measures of cavity in the construction process of long auger drilling pile.The results show that the cavity defect of pile head is caused by the super high water pressure and improper construction,and the treatment measures have achieved good design results,which can provide a reference for the construction of long auger drilling pile in the future.
