高校异质性教师教学与科研工作的投入研究 被引量:2

摘要 以高校三类异质性教师,即教学为主型教师、科研为主型教师、教学科研型教师为研究对象,从教师对待教学与科研工作的工作意愿、关系认知、工作投入及内在动机等方面进行测量和比较。研究结果显示:高校三类异质性教师均有意愿、有侧重地从事教学和科研工作;多数教师认为教学与科研工作具有互相促进作用;三类教师都表现出较高的工作投入程度和较强的内在工作动机,三类教师工作投入测量总均值关系为:3.83(科研为主型教师)>3.76(教学科研型教师)>3.55(教学为主型教师)。 This study takes three kinds of heterogeneous teachers as the research object,including teaching teachers,scientific research teachers,teaching and research teachers.Measures and compares the work intention,relationship cognition,work engagement,intrinsic motivation of three kinds of heterogeneous teachers.The research results show:1)Three types of heterogeneous teachers in colleges and universities have the willingness and focus on teaching and research work.2)Most teachers believe that teaching and research work can promote each other.3)Three types of teachers have shown a high level of work engagement and intrinsic motivation,the relationship between the mean of the three types of teachers’ work input measurement is:3.83(research teachers)>3.76(teaching and research teachers)>3.55(teaching teachers).
