摘要
在建筑行业高速发展的背景下,建筑工程技术水平得到前所未有的提高。建筑行业作为我国重点发展的行业,肩负着推动国民经济发展的重任,这使得社会各界对其提出了越来越严格的要求。想要在激烈的市场竞争环境中取得良好的经济效益并得以生存下去,建筑企业必须要正视自身在施工中存在的管理与技术问题,不断优化升级,稳固企业在行业的既有地位并开拓出新的市场。本文简述了优化建筑工程技术管理的意义,并对技术管理过程中的控制要点以及优化升级方法进行讨论研究。
Under the background of rapid development of construction industry, the level of construction engineering technology has been improved unprecedentedly. As a key industry in China, construction industry carries the important task of promoting the development of national economy, which makes the society put forward more and more strict requirements on it. In order to achieve good economic benefits and survive in the fierce market competition environment, construction enterprises must face up to their own management and technical problems in the construction, constantly optimize and upgrade, stabilize the existing position of enterprises in the industry and develop new markets. This paper briefly describes the significance of optimizing the technical management of building engineering, in addition, the control points and optimization methods in the process of technical management are discussed and studied.
