摘要
采用多体动力学AVL-EXCITEDesigner软件建立某型柴油机整机模型,并通过三维软件、AVL-Boost软件提取整机模型所需的转动惯量、结构尺寸、质量、缸压曲线等参数。针对工作情况较恶劣的主轴瓦,分析单位载荷、油膜压力、油膜厚度、油孔油槽开设位置,以及主轴瓦油膜厚度、载荷峰值随转速变化情况。结果表明,该型柴油机主轴瓦可满足使用要求。分析方法充分考虑了对轴瓦性能有影响的指标,与试验具有一致性,能准确的评估柴油机的轴瓦性能。
The model of diesel engine is established by adopting multi-body dynamics software AVL-EXCITE Designer.The parameters such as rotary inertia, dimensions, quality, cylinder pressure curve and so on could be extracted by 3D and AVL-Boost software. The performance of main bearing shell could be analyzed in detail. The parameters of its unit load, oil film pressure and thickness, and the designed position of oil holes and grooves while working in severe condition have been discussed together with the variation laws of oil thickness and peak load following rotate speed. The results show that the characteristics of the main bearing shell could meet the operating requirements. The consequence of the method above is in accordance with the experiment because the indexes affecting bearing shell have been taken into account so that it could assess the performance more exactly.
