摘要 酸蚀裂缝导流能力是评价酸化压裂的重要因素,通过利用FCES—100导流仪进行酸蚀裂缝导流能力影响因素的研究,并采用正交实验和灰色关联法分析各参数对酸蚀导流能力的影响程度。结果显示:交联酸的酸蚀裂缝导流能力随着酸液浓度的升高而增加;交联酸的酸蚀裂缝导流能力随着酸岩接触时间的延长而增大,但随着酸岩接触时间的增加,酸蚀裂缝导流能力的增加幅度越来越小;50 MPa以前,高铺砂浓度的酸蚀裂缝导流能力更低;当闭合压力大于50 MPa时,高铺砂浓度下,导流能力会越大;利用灰色关联分析法,上述考虑的因素对酸蚀导流能力的影响程度从大到小分别为:铺砂浓度、酸液浓度、酸岩接触时间、闭合压力。明确了相关影响因素对酸蚀裂缝导流能力的大小关系,为更加有效进行酸压设计提供了重要指导。 The ability of acid-etched fracture conductivity is an important factor to evaluate acid fracturing. The influence factors of acid-etched fracture conductivity are studied by using FCES-100 flow director. The orthogonal experiment and grey correlation method are used to analyze the parameters. The degree of influence of acid-etched conductivity. The results show that the conductivity of the acid-etched fracture of the cross-linked acid increases with the increase of the acid concentration;The conductivity of the acid-etched fracture of the cross-linked acid increases with the contact time of the acid rock, but with the acid when the contact time of rock increases, the increase of the conductivity of the acid-etched fracture is getting smaller and smaller;Before 50 MPa, the conductivity of the acid-etched fracture with high sanding concentration is lower;When the closing pressure is greater than 50 MPa, under the high sanding concentration, the conductivity is greater. With the gray correlation analysis method, the factors affecting the acid-etched conductivity are as follows: sand concentration, acid concentration, acid rock contact time, and closing pressure. The relationship between the relevant influencing factors and the conductivity of the acid-etched fractures is clarified, which provides an important guide for more effective acid pressure design.
