摘要
在"十一五"、"十二五"基础地理信息数据库管理系统的建设经验的基础上,通过构建的全新一代基础地理数据库管理系统,实现了技术系统与数据资源保障能力的全方位升级。围绕"十三五"新型基础测绘数据,实现对多尺度,多类型、多生产标准、多时相的数据集中存储、统一管理。基于全新的自主化底层平台,实现对上层管理、应用能力及效率的升级。基于混合更新模型的数据库更新与自主化制图平台的数据库快速制图等关键技术,实现了数据的多时态、增量化存储,大大提升了生产效率与产品质量。为其他省份新型基础测绘数据库管理系统建设提供参考。
On the basis of the construction experience of the " 11th Five -Year Plan" and " 12th Five-Year Plan" basic geographic information database management system,the all-round upgrading of the technical system and the data resource guarantee capability has been realized through the construction of a new generation of basic geographic database management system.Around the " 13th Five-Year Plan" new basic surveying and mapping data,centralized storage and unified management of multi-scale,mult-type,multi-production standard and multi-temporal data have been realized.Based on the new autonomous bottom platform,the upgrade of top management,application capability and efficiency has been realized.Key technologies,such as database updating based on hybrid updating model and database rapid mapping based on autonomous mapping platform have realized multi-temporal and incremental storage of data,and greatly improving the production efficiency and quality of products.It provides some references for the construction of new basic surveying and mapping database management system in other provinces.
