摘要
自中央城镇化工作会议提出建设“海绵城市”的要求以来,全国各地积极开展了海绵城市规划建设研究与实践,并取得了积极成果。重庆于2015年成为全国首批海绵城市试点城市,经过多年的探讨,结合自身山地城市的特征,通过建(构)筑物立体绿化、山地公共海绵系统和活水海绵系统,共同构建由高到低逐级消纳雨水的山地立体海绵系统。文章通过对重庆市海绵城市建设经验进行总结,希冀为其他城市的海绵城市建设提供借鉴。
Since the proposition of sponge city construction by the central government, practice in different cities have been going on and positive results have been achieved. Chongqing became the experimental sponge city in 2015. After years of practice with its own characters, the city built vertical greenery, mountainous sponge system, flowing water sponge system, and a mountainous sponge system that absorbs rainwater by different vertical levels. The paper concludes its experience and provides an inspiration to other cities.
