摘要
AI时代已经到来,AI与教育的结合必然使得教育领域发生翻天覆的变化。为了适应时代发展,需要对教师角色重新定位。在AI背景下,教师需要积极适应教学角色和教学素养两方面的挑战,实现教师角色从“讲师”到“导师”、从“单一主导者”到“协作学习者”的转变。
The era of AI has arrived. The combination of AI and education will inevitably lead to earthshaking changes in the field of education, so the traditional role of teachers is challenged. In order to meet the needs of the times, the role of teachers needs to be repositioned. In the context of AI, teachers need to actively face the challenges of teaching roles and teaching literacy, and realize the transformation of teachers’roles from “instructors”to“mentors”and from“single leaders”to“collaborative learners”.
