摘要
目的探讨烧伤整形植皮患者术后的规范化护理方法。方法对182例患者烧伤植皮整形术后实施规范化管理,对心理、疼痛、出血、营养支持、感染、对症管理和出院指导等问题进行探讨。结果182例患者仅有2例出现大腿供皮区散在脓肿,溃疡清洗换药后愈合,其余6~12d愈合,经过半年回访,瘢痕不明显,且柔软。结论重视并规范管理可减轻患者的术后疼痛,出血、感染等问题,加速创面愈合,恢复正常生理功能。
Objective To investigate the standardized nursing methods for postoperative burn skin grafting patients.Methods 182 patients underwent standardized management after burn skin grafting,and discussed psychological,pain,bleeding,nutritional support,infection,symptomatic management and discharge guidance.Results Only 2 of the 182 patients had scattered abscesses in the donor thigh area.They recovered after the sore dressing.Others healed at 6-12 days.The scars were not obvious and soft after half a year.Conclusion Paying attention to and standardizing management can alleviate postoperative pain,bleeding,infection and other problems,accelerate wound healing and restore normal physiological functions.
