摘要
针对模块化多电平变换器的直流链路电压平衡控制问题,提出了一种适用于直流链路包含有串联电容器的多电平直交流变换器的电容电压平衡控制策略。新型控制方案对直流链路的独立电容和支路数量没有限定,可用于单相或多相系统,并可在全调制比范围和全负载工况范围内发挥作用。通过推导相关控制回路的小信号数学模型,导出了最佳补偿器设计准则。最后,将控制策略施加于四电平三相直交流转换器进行了仿真和原理样机试验,仿真和试验结果显示,电容电压在控制器作用下能较好地平衡,验证了控制策略的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of DC link voltage balance control for modular multi-level converters,a capacitive voltage balance control strategy was presented,which was applicable to any multilevel DC/AC converter formed by a single set of series-connected capacitors implementing the DC link.The new control scheme had no limit on the number of independent capacitors and branches of the DC link and could be used in single-phase or multi-phase systems and could be used in full modulation range and full load conditions.By deriving the small signal mathematical model of the relevant control loop,the optimal compensator design criterion was derived.Finally,the control strategy was applied to the four-level three-phase DC/AC converter.The simulation and experimental results show that the capacitor voltage can be well balanced with the controller,and the effectiveness of the control strategy has been verified.
