摘要
目的对比应用拉坦前列素、曲伏前列素两种药物治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)、高眼压症患者的临床价值及安全性。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月海南医学院第一附属医院收治的125例(125眼)POAG或高眼压症患者分为对照组(n=62,曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗)、观察组(n=63,拉坦前列素滴眼液治疗),观察患者眼压、散光度改善及不良反应等情况。结果经治疗4周后,观察组患者眼压显著低于对照组(t=5.169,P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRA、PCA的EDV、PSA水平显著高于对照组,RI显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视力高于对照组,散光度低于对照组(t=16.769、8.103,P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为19.05%,显著低于对照组的50.00%(χ^2=13.266,P<0.05)。结论给予高眼压症、POAG患者拉坦前列素治疗,可使患者眼压获得更大程度降低,改善眼部血流动力学指标,提高治疗效果,且药物不良反应较少。
Objective To compare the clinical value and safety of latanoprost and travoprost in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and ocular hypertension.Methods 125 cases (125 eyes) of POAG or ocular hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December -2017 were divided into the reference group(n = 62,Travoprost Eye Drops treatment)and the observation group(n = 63,Latanoprost Eye Drops treatment),intraocular pressure,astigmatism and adverse reactions were observed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the intraocular pressure of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(t = 5.169,P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of EDV and PSA in CRA and PCA of observation group were significantly higher than those in reference group,and RI was significantly lower than that in reference group(P<0.05);The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the astigmatism was lower than that of the reference group(t = 16.769、8.103,P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 19.05%,significantly lower than 50% in the reference group(χ^2=13.266,P<0.05).Conclusion To treat high intraocular pressure and POAG patients with rattan Prost,can reduce the intraocular pressure,improve the ocular hemodynamics and improve the therapeutic effect,and has fewer adverse drug reactions.
