摘要
目的探讨认知行为护理对慢性肾衰血液透析治疗患者的影响。方法选取云南省第三人民医院肾病科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的慢性肾衰血液透析治疗患者200例,随机分为实验组与对照组各100例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予认知行为护理,对比2组患者护理的影响效果。结果实验组血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance rate,CCR)的改善明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将认知行为护理应用于慢性肾衰血液透析治疗患者的护理中具有显著效果,可以改善患者的BUN、SCr、CCR等肾功能指标,提高患者的依从性.
Objective To study the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 200 patients with chronic renal failure treated by hemodialysis from January 2018 to January 2019 in the Department of Nephrology,Third People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given cognitive behavioral nursing,and the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCr),creatinine clearance rate (CCR) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05),and the compliance of patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The application of cognitive behavioral nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis has significant effect.It can improve BUN,SCr,CCR and other indicators of renal function,and improve the compliance of patients.
