摘要
随着社会的不断发展和教育理念的更新,传统的高校安全管理模式已经不适用于现代高校的管理,而现代开放式的管理是必然的,但是开放式的管理存在诸多的问题。本研究以桂北地区某医学院校为例,通过文献查阅和问卷调研的方法来分析半开放式高校校园存在的问题及其影响因素。并从安保队伍、校园安全管理,安防措施以及管理体制的建设四个方面提出了建议。
With the continuous development of the society and the renewal of education concept. The traditional university security management mode is not suitable for the modern university management, and the modern open management is inevitable, but there are many problems in the open management. This study takes a medical college in northern Guangxi as an example, this study analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors of semi-open university campus through literature review and questionnaire survey. And from the security team, campus security management, security measures and the construction of management system four aspects of the proposal.
