摘要 在新时代电力体制改革背景下,南方电网提出向智能电网运营商、能源产业价值链整合商、能源生态系统服务商转型,并构建开放合作、互利共生的能源生态系统。研究了能源大生态下的综合能源服务生态发展趋势;提出建设综合能源生态平台的方法和架构;综合分析生态平台形成的政策环境及平台所需的基础设施;从产品思维和服务思维向平台思维、平台型企业组织形态的变化。 Under the background of power system reform in the new era, China Southern Power Grid proposes to transform into smart grid operators, energy industry value chain integrator and energy ecosystem service providers, and build an open, cooperative and mutually beneficial energy ecosystem. The ecological develop. ment trend of integrated energy services under the energy ecology is focused on, and the methodology and architecture of how to build an integrated energy ecological platform is put forward. The policy environment for the formation of the ecological platform and the infrastructure needed for the platform are comprehensively analysised. Product thinking and service thinking are changed to platform thinking and platform.based enterprises.
