摘要
药物光谱分析实验是药物分析专业一门重要的专业必修课程,药物光谱分析法是根据物质的光谱性质来鉴别物质及确定其化学组成和相对含量的方法,是以分子和原子的光谱学为基础建立起的药品质量分析与控制方法。随着教育改革的逐步深入,大学生的自主学习能力日趋重要,要求改变学习内容的呈现方式,确立学生的主体地位。在高等教育研究中,自主学习与课程结合的研究报道有限,文章将自主学习理念贯穿于药物光谱分析实验教学过程中,通过改进实验教学方法,探讨了在药物光谱分析实验教学中培养学生自主学习能力的措施。
The drug spectrum analysis experiment is an important professional compulsory course for drug analysis. The drug spectrum analysis is a method for determining their chemical composition and relative content according to the spectrum of the substance.It is a method for quality analysis and control of drugs based on the spectroscopy of molecules and atoms.With the gradual deepening of education reform,the self-regulated learning ability of college students is becoming more and more important,requiring changes in the presentation of learning content and establishing the subjective status of students.In the study of higher education,there are few research reports on the combination of independent learning and curriculums.This paper runs the concept of self-regulated learning through the experimental teaching process of drug spectrum analysis.Through the improvement of experimental teaching methods,the paper explores the experimental teaching measures of drug spectrum analysis to develop students' self-regulated learning ability.
