摘要
目前我国高校行政组织管理模式基本采用科层制。科层制带来的高效率,在一定程度上满足了大学这种复杂社会组织的发展。但是它也带来了一些弊端,如墨守成规、不能及时应对新事物的出现、部门间合作不紧密以及信息流通不通畅。针对科层制带来的问题,业务流程再造带来了解决思路,它把业务流程放在组织管理的中心,克服了传统组织形式和管理方法在效率和灵活性方面的不足。
At present,the administrative organization management mode of China's colleges and universities basically adopts the bureaucracy system.The high efficiency brought by the bureaucracy meets the development of the complex social organization of the university to some extent.But it also brings with it a number of drawbacks,such as illegality,failure to respond in a timely manner to the emergence of new things,weak interdepartmental cooperation,and poor flow of information.Aiming at the problems brought by bureaucracy,business process reengineering brings the solution idea.It puts business process at the center of organization management and overcomes the insufficiency of efficiency and flexibility of traditional organization form and management method.
