摘要
目的 探讨联合慕课和微课的翻转课堂在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用。方法 选取中国医科大学2015级五年制临床医学专业学生62人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各31人。实验组实施翻转课堂联合慕课、微课进行教学,对照组实施传统教学模式。比较两组学生的笔试考核成绩、技能考核成绩和对教学质量效果评价。结果 实验组客观题笔试成绩与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但实验组学生的病例分析题成绩、笔试总成绩、技能考核成绩及对教学效果的满意度均高于对照组,两组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在泌尿外科临床教学中应用联合慕课和微课的翻转课堂的教学方式提高了教学质量和效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with MOOC and micro-class in the teaching of urology.Methods 62 clinical medical students of class of 2015 in China Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided in- to the control group and the observation group, with 31 students in each group. The traditional teaching model was implemented in the control group, while flipped classroom combined with MO- OC and micro-class was applied in the observation group. The quality and effect of teaching were evaluated through written examination and questionnaire. ResultsThere was no statistically sig- nificant difference in written test scores of objective questions between the observation group and the control group ( P >0.05);However, the case analysis question scores, the total scores, operation assessment scores and the teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The mode of flipped classroom combined with MOOC and micro-class im- proved the quality and effect in the teaching of urology, and is worth promoting.
