摘要 目的 探讨3DBody软件结合Sandwich教学法在医学本科生教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年9月—12月参与骨科临床实习的5年制、8年制医学本科生共74人,随机分为实验组(3DBody软件结合Sandwich教学法)和对照组(常规影像学教学),各37人。通过出科考核成绩及问卷调查等方式评价教学效果。结果 实验组在对教学模式的满意度、出科成绩、教学效果等方面明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3DBody软件结合Sandwich教学法可提高学生学习的主观能动性,提升学生对具体骨科疾病的认识,加深学生对于手术入路的理解,从而提高学生的临床工作能力。 Objective To explore the effect of 3D Body software combined with Sandwich teaching method in medical undergraduate teaching. Methods From September to December in 2018, seventy-four five-year and eight-year undergraduate medical students participated in orth- opedic clinical practice. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (3D Body soft- ware combined with Sandwich teaching method) and the control group (conventional imaging), with 37 students in each group. The effect of teaching was evaluated by questionnaire survey and examination score. Results The experimental group obtained significantly higher score than the control group in terms of satisfaction with teaching mode, examination score and teaching effect, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion 3D Body software com- bined with Sandwich teaching method could improve students' subjective initiative in learning, en- hance their understanding of specific orthopedic diseases, and deepen their understanding of sur- gical approaches, so as to improve their clinical working ability.
