摘要
应用一种基于可靠性分析的单向阀阀芯优化设计方法,考虑单向阀阀芯设计过程中结构尺寸参数和作用载荷的随机性,基于现代可靠性设计理论,应用ANSYS/PDS设计分析模块,采用Monte-Carlo法中的拉丁抽样技术计算阀芯的可靠度.通过概率敏感性分析确定优化设计变量,以单向阀阀芯质量为目标,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行优化设计,结果相对初始设计的阀芯质量减少了31.36%,避免了可靠度富余,降低了成本.
According to the lightweight design thought,an optimization design method of check cone valve spool based on reliability analysis is applied.Considering the randomness of structural dimension parameters and action loads in the design process of spool of check valve,based on modern reliability design theory,using ANSYS/PDS design and analysis module,the reliability of check cone valve spool is calculated by Latin sampling technique in Monte-Carlo method.The optimal design variables were determined by probabilistic sensitivity analysis,aiming at the quality of check cone valve spool,using finite element software ANSYS to optimization design,the results show that the quality of check cone valve spool reduced by 31.36% after the optimization,avoiding the redundancy of reliability and reducing the cost.
