摘要
考虑到电网运行的复杂性,为了尽可能地减少大面积停电事故造成的损害,研究电网应急能力评价非常必要。采用G1和变异系数法相结合的主客观赋权方法对电网应急能力评价指标体系进行权重赋值,减少了评价过程中单种方法过于片面的影响,并运用VIKOR法防止个别指标的消极影响被其他指标中和,使评价结果更接近理想情况,进而建立了一种基于主客观赋权VIKOR法的电网应急能力评价模型。将该模型应用于浙江省5个城市的电网应急能力评价中,验证了模型的有效性。
Considering the complexity of grid operation,in order to reduce the damage caused by large-scale blackouts as much as possible,it is necessary to study the evaluation of grid emergency capability.The subjective and objective weighting method combined with G1 and coefficient of variation method is used to assign weights to the grid emergency capability evaluation index system,which reduces the impact of single method in the evaluation process that is too one-sided.VIKOR method is used to prevent the negative impact of individual indicator from being neutralized by other indicators,so that the evaluation result is closer to the ideal situation.And then a power grid emergency capability evaluation model is established based on subjective and objective weighted VIKOR method.The model is applied to the grid emergency capability evaluation of five cities in Zhejiang Province,and the validity of the model is verified.
