摘要
为准确检测钢桥面铺装防水粘结层的粘结强度,以港珠澳大桥钢桥面铺装工程采用的甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂防水体系为研究对象,采用拉拔试验方法进行钢板-底漆-防水层粘结材料和防水层-粘结层-沥青混合料粘结强度试验研究。结果表明,采用防水层材料作为粘结材料进行拉拔试验可以准确表征钢板-底漆-防水层的实际粘结强度,并反映了钢板与底漆、底漆与防水层之间的粘结效果;粘结层材料经高温活化后,采用AB胶作为粘结材料进行粘结层与沥青混合料之间的粘结强度试验,检测结果可以同时评价防水层与粘结层、粘结层与沥青混合料之间的粘结强度,建议取消防水层与粘结层之间的粘结强度检测要求。
To correctly test the binding strength of waterproof layer in steel deck pavement, the Methyl Methacrylate waterproofing system used for the steel deck pavement of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was taken as the object for the study. Pulling tests were carried out to examine the binding strength of two different pavements, including the pavement of steel plates-primer-waterproof layer and the pavement of waterproof layer-binding layer-asphalt compound. The results show that the adoption of waterproofing material as the binding material in the pulling tests can accurately reflect the actual binding strength between the steel plates, primer and the waterproof layer, and the binding effect between the steel plates and the primer and the binding effect between the primer and waterproof layer as well. Once the material of the binding layer was activated by heating, AB glue was used as the binding material to test the binding strength between the binding layer and the asphalt compound. The testing results can also be used to assess the binding strength between the waterproof layer and binding layer, as well as the binding layer and asphalt compound. It is suggested that the binding strength testing between waterproof layer and binding layer should be cancelled.
