摘要
目的:观察用针刺疗法、推拿疗法联合康复训练治疗中风后遗症的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月期间自贡市自流井区中医院收治的88例中风后遗症患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为参照组和联合组。对两组患者均进行康复训练指导。在此基础上,对联合组患者进行针刺治疗及推拿治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、日常生活质量(ADL)评分及中医证候积分。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者的ADL评分及中医证候积分相比,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。接受治疗后,联合组患者治疗的总有效率及ADL评分均高于参照组患者,其中医证候积分低于参照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:用针刺疗法、推拿疗法联合康复训练治疗中风后遗症的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy and massage therapy combined with rehabilitation training in treating apoplexy sequelae. Methods: 88 patients with apoplexy sequelae admitted to zigong zilijing district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects. These patients were divided equally into the control group and the combination group. Both groups of patients were given rehabilitation training guidance. On this basis, acupuncture therapy and massage therapy were performed on the patients in the group. Then, the clinical efficacy, ADL score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared. Results: before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in ADL score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate and ADL score of patients in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group, and their TCM syndrome score was lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture therapy and massage therapy combined with rehabilitation training are effective in treating apoplexy sequelae.
