摘要
一、概述(一)定义胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)是指胃十二指肠内容物反流入食管引起反酸、烧心等症状。反流也可引起口腔、咽喉、气道等食管邻近的组织损害,出现食管外表现,如哮喘、慢性咳嗽、特发性肺纤维化、声嘶、咽喉炎和牙蚀症等。
