摘要
运用层次分析法建立产业扶贫绩效评价体系,对怀化市会同县进行实地调研,通过TOPSIS法对调研数据进行分析,发现从整体来看会同县各乡镇扶贫工作开展得较好,但是也有个别乡镇与最优解的接近程度低。基于会同县目前产业扶贫现状,提出了加大资金投入、完善扶贫利益联结机制等五方面优化路径。
This paper used TOPSIS method to analyze the survey data of Huitong County of Huaihua City field research, based on the industrial poverty alleviation performance evaluation system with AHP. The re. sults showed that the poverty alleviation work of the townships in the same county did better, but there were also some problems, such as the proximity of townships to optimal solutions was low. It proposed five optimization paths, such as increasing capital investment and improving the poverty alleviation benefit linkage mechanism, based on the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Huitong County.
