摘要
通过分析高校化工类实验实训室存在的不安全行为和不安全环境,针对当前存在的安全防护问题,结合笔者所在学校实际提出认真落实国家政策从思想上重视实验实训室安全防护工作,从制定具体可操作的实验实训室安全防护条例及规章制度、建立健全多方联动的事故应急管理体系、借助信息化手段提升实验实训室安全防护工作、加强实验实训室安全防护文化建设、将HSE化工理念运用到实验实训教学与管理体系中几个方面建立健全高校化工类实验实训防护系统,同时应查漏补缺,完善实验实训室安全防护硬件设施.
Through the analysis of the unsafe actions and unsafe environments in chemical experimental and training room of colleges and universities,in view of the current problems of safety protection,in com. bination with the reality of author’s college,this paper puts forward to earnestly implement the national policy and attach importance to the safety protection work of experimental and training room ideologically, and to establish a sound protection system of chemical experimental and training room of colleges and universities from the aspects of developing specific practicable regulations and rules of safety protection for the experimental and training room,establishing and perfecting a multi-party linkage emergency man. agement system, improving the security protection work of experimental and training room by using the in. formation method,enhancing the construction of security protection culture for laboratory and training room,applying the chemical concept of HSE to the system of experimental and practical teaching work and management .At the same time,it is should be filled a vacancy leak and perfected the hardware fa. cilities of safety protection for the experimental and training room.
