摘要
目的探讨弹性牵引支架对手指关节内骨折患者伤口感染及关节功能的影响。方法我院收治的60例手指关节内骨折患者,均实施微创手术治疗,其中采用克氏针固定28例(对照组),采用弹性牵引支架联合克氏针固定32例(研究组),比较两组各项治疗指标、关节功能情况和并发症发生率。结果研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,关节功能评价优良率高于对照组(P<0. 05),两组手术时间、住院时间、治疗费用、并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论弹性牵引支架应用在手指关节内骨折患者的治疗中,骨折愈合的时间比较短,可以促进关节功能的恢复,伤口感染等并发症少,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of elastic traction stent on wound infection and joint function in patients with intraarticular finger fracture.Methods Sixty patients with finger intra-articular fractures admitted to our hospital were treated with minimally invasive surgery.Of the patients,28 cases were fixed with Kirschner wire(control group) and 32 cases were fixed with elastic traction bracket combined with Kirschner wire(experimental group).The therapeutic indexes,joint function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The healing time of fracture was shorter and the excellent and good rate of joint function evaluation was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0. 05).There was no significant difference in operation time,hospitalization time,treatment cost and incidence of complications between the two groups(P> 0. 05). Conclusion Elastic traction stent can shorten the time of fracture healing in the treatment of finger intra-articular fracture,promote the recovery of joint function,reduce complications such as wound infection,and have high safety.
