摘要
大数据背景下研究生教育必须转化教育观念和教育模式,以突出研究生创新实践能力以及科研思维的培养。结合当前生命科学的发展趋势、免疫学的自身特点以及作者单位的研究方向,对基础医学专业研究生开设免疫信息学课程。本文就该课程内容的架构、实施方案以及初次开课的效果进行讨论和分析,以期进一步完善免疫信息学课堂教学,并在基础医学专业研究生教育中得到推广。
Under the circumstances of big data age,the education concepts and modes for postgraduates should highlight the cultivation of innovation and practice ability and scientific research thinking.The course of immunoinformatics that was offered for postgraduates in major of basic medicine was constructed based on the current development of life sciences,the characteristics of immunology and the research fields of our institute.In this article,we described the content and the implementation plan of this course and analyzed the repercussions of students to this course at the end of the first course,which should be useful for the improvement and generalization of the course of immunoinformatics for postgraduates in major of basic medicine.
